I'm hoping the two-worlds mechanic will mutate the game's many debts to Dark Souls into a brand new playstyle (though as Ed Superior noted in his Lords of the Fallen hands-on, it stands up pretty well as a straight Souls clone). It already poses some fun possibilities for the ever-thorny question of multiplayer.
Publisher CI Games is going back to the Dark Souls -style dark fantasy of its 2014 action role-playing game Lords of the Fallen with a new sequel called, originally, The Lords of the Fallen. The
Performance. Hey all, So I took a risk a few days ago by buying this game, considering I play on a low/medium specced PC. Anyway the performance is enough for me to be able to play, it just isn´t too nice on the eyes when FPS drops from 40/50 to 20/30 in some areas. (Especially around fire and smoke particles)
Lords of the Fallen is one of the best-looking souls-like games out there due to the fact that it is made on the Unreal Engine 5. This means that its PC requirements are also pretty demanding, so here are the minimum and recommended system requirements to run the game.

It's momentum based with a rhythmic touch to how you string combos together. The rogue class is almost as fast as a typical hack & slash somewhere between Dark Souls and Bloodborne. The focus isn't really on blocking and avoiding damage but on staggering and dealing large amounts of damage to your wanting to try this out before I buy it but apparently it hasn't been cracked and no one cares enough to do it. I'll wait until it's sub $10. Don't want to waste my money and not like the game did to much of that one my PS4/ method114XBL: method115If you liked the D. I would say its worth it. Its a shorter (I think it took about 15h or so for the first play through, but like dark souls is definitely open to multiple play throughs) and a little faster paced dark souls experience. Difficulty is about the same as the Dark Souls, but varies from person to person that I talked to (As I thought it was a little easier, but I enjoyed the little more faster passed combat).I7 7700K | GTX 1070 8GB OC | MSI Z270 PC Mate | DDR4 3000 2x8GB CV | Intel 120GB & 2x240GB SSD | EVGA 750GQ | 120MM Liquid Cooler | NZXT Phantom 410SilentHawk29 posted...If you liked the D. Souls games, you'll more than likely like Lords of the Fallen. Bosses are harder in it too, from my disagree. I rank Dark Souls series as my favorite of all time. But Lord of the fallen is really cheesy and tedious to me. I actually think if you love Dark Souls you're going to find this game not up to the standards. When I first got it, it would crash constantly so maybe that left a bad impression as combat in this game looks similar to Dark Souls but I think it's more like Darksiders or even Batman series. Middle of the game you open with a running attack and you win. You only really need to dodge on boss fights and some launch of this game was atrocious and some of that was attributed to the extra DRM on the game. I don't really feel games like this should be supported(when they punish legit consumers with extra DRM), but all things aside I would rank it a 7/10 game. So it might be worth the price tag if you're got 28 hours of pure enjoyment out of it. IMO it was worth full price. - Tales of Arise (PC), Final Fantasy VII Remake: Intergrade (PS5), Resident Evil 4 HD Project (PC)SilentHawk29 posted...If you liked the SilentHawk.
